LIGHTNESS WITH ELEGANCE AND CHARM
EVERTECH G2 - other original roof covering, has been developed on the technological base of evertile/evergreen tiles. G2 = the second generation of smooth tiles. Quality steel plate has smooth „mat“ finish surface. The tile looks more modern, technical and its design breathes amazing elegance and style.
Tiles with mat surface have been complete with the variant in high gloss under the mark EVERGLAZE.
QUALITIES:
- Low weight – only 4.5 kg / m2
- steel sheet with an anti-corrosive ALUZINC protection guarantee up to 6x greater corrosion resistance when compared with galvanised sheets
- surface finished is on the base of acrylate and polyurethane
- lifetime is c. 30-50 years according to local conditions
- load bearing capacity 1200kg/m2
- small format –each tile has coverage 0,465 m2
- roof tiles are mounted on the battens.
- tiles are mounted with corrosion-proof nails or with new special screw-nails
- roof covering can be processed in details as common tile roof covering according to established tinsmith norms and standards
- one pallet is 400pcs of tiles, it means c. 200sqm

ADVANTAGES:
- elegant appearance with character of tiles with exceptional durability and resistance and low weight bearing capacity of rafters (10x lighter than clay tiles). These characteristics makes our roof covering as an ideal solution for quality reconstruction or for lightweight type of rafter frames (e.g. nailed beams)

- Surface finish is put on already pressed/molded tiles, so the thickness of paint stays the same and without scratching or micro-scratches on the edges or bended parts (in contrast to tiles from precoated steel plate or large-format materials).
- the thickness of surface finish - 50 and 100 µm is unique (commonly sold roof coverings have 25-30 µm)

Smooth covering do not hold snow.
