Modern Roofing Systems, established in 1997, is a specialized manufacturer of steel roofing tiles in several varieties of profiles and surface finishing. The production plant is situated in the town Mseno, c. 50km North of Prague on the area of 15500sqm. Includes both production and stock premises (6500sqm), and also administrative and business premises, where sales and technical trainings take place. The company is owned by Czech private shareholders.

MARKETS.

The traditional and most important markets for MRS’s products are in Czech Republic and Germany. Sales in a number of other countries significantly increase in the last period (Italy, Great Britain, Ukraine, Romania, Slovenia). You can find products of MRS in the most of European countries, nowadays.

Since 2008, MRS introduces a new product – the first one of it’s kind on the market – steel tile in the real and authentic Mediterranean style and design – evertile COPPO. This tile is dedicated to a wide number of existing as well as new customers on the field of renovations and commercial and housing architecture respecting the Mediterranean traditions.

COMMERCIAL PHILOSOPHY OF THE COMPANY.

Quality is the basic measure for production process and all used raw materials. All products of MRS offer an excellent value created by perfect design, maximal care and precision of the production, solid packaging and delivery terms, as well as flexibility in solutions and needs of customers. The business policy instruments used by MRS for comfort and satisfaction of all business partners and customers are the quickness and credibility of deliveries, the possibility of individual packing of orders, technical consultancy and support of sale, training for roofers and active marketing.

The business target of MRS is not noisy and bulk invasion on the market with low prices, but continual development of the trade mark, sale, service and goodwill. MRS believes in the value of quality. The quality means the products and the business partnership, which both shall stand on long-period bases.

HISTORY OF THE COMPANY.

The company was established in 1997 as the Plc company with the basic capital of 1.000.000CZK. Later, the BC was increased to 10.000.000CZK. Regarding the initial exclusive co-operation with the company Onduline, the first product has been named „Ondusteel“. But soon, since 1999, the company set on developing its’ own independent way to sales under new brand name “evergreen”. Later, another products came – evertech, evertile, everglaze and since 2008 evertech G2 and evertile COPPO.

The management and technicians of MRS developed a number of original solutions, which set up new standards on the market, more than ones. MRS, as one of the very first producers, started using ALUZINC quality of the steel plate. This quality became standard for most of the other producers in the following years. Splitting of the surface finishing into three phases has been the other innovation. Some other original solutions are the stainless quality of nails, design of some accessories, new quality of smooth finished tiles or the COPPO tile design… That’s the evidence of never-ending process of innovations and improvements of the products and technology itself.
