Evertile outperforms lightweight roofing materials such as sheet metal, plastic or asphalt in terms of durability, aesthetics and noise reduction. In many projects, Evoq lightweight steel roofing provides solutions to seemingly incompatible requirements, thereby offering significant cost savings. In particular, EVOQ can be the best choice for roofs with above-rafter insulation using PIR/PUR panels, where access is difficult or in heritage areas.
EVERTILE - EVOQ is suitable roofings for new buildings and renovations, where the aesthetics, low weight and overall weather resistance are a priority. The great appearance is indistinguishable from traditional ceramic roofing. Evertile - Evoq is a smart roofing that dampens rain noise and uses the highest quality steel with Aluzinc or Magnelis anti-corrosion coating. The system enables technically and visually high-quality solutions of all roof details. Installation does not require many workers or much equipment, and thanks to the widest range of accessories on the market, all details can be carried out professionally.
Constant innovation increases the utility value of all Evertile products. Evertile pays attention to raw materials, technological updates, packaging and the quality testing. Evoq is produced in a wide range of colours and also in their combinations. The range of accessories responds to the new needs of modern roofs - for example, the system for mounting solar panels.
A properly ventilated roof also improves the thermal insulation of the entire building, prevents the negative consequences of the moisture condensation, thermal stress on the roofing material, and reduces the cost of air conditioning or heating. EVOQ is an ideal substitute for roofs with asbestos plates or asphalt shingles. EVOQ is environmentally friendly, recyclable and even more lightweight. Evertile - Evoq is more durable and has a significantly longer service life. It does not crack with frost, does not tear by wind, does not spread fire, is not broken by hail, does not damage the living environment and is harmless to health - from the production process to its performance on the roof.
EVERTILE - EVOQ is one of the most user-friendly and sophisticated systems with professional attention to detail. The EVOQ system has been tested to withstand hurricane winds of up to 180 km/h, making it a safe choice for roofs in mountainous and windy areas with high wind speeds.
Evertile is a metal sheet roof covering. What noise does it make during the rain?
Rain noise reduction is one of the exceptional features of all Evertile roof coverings that have the stone granulate surface. Along with the profile and small size of the sheets, the acrylic layered coating and the stone granulate coating prevent the typical "drumming" of the drops during the rain as well as resonance during the wind. The resulting effect will be that you won´t recognize by the noise if you have a roof made of concrete or Evertile.
Does the moss catch on the granulate?
The capturing of impurities and the growth of algae, moss and lichen is comparable to other types of rough surface coverings. Evertile adds fungicidal and algicidal ingredients to the top layer to help keep the roof surface clean from moss for about 7 to 10 years according to local conditions. It is recommended to clean the surface with a biocidal solution (e.g. Ethernal Mold Remover), at least once every 2-3 years, or whenever lichen appears on the roof in addition to moss. For cleaning do not use a high powered pressure washer (WAP), mechanical substances neither biological impurity removers containing acids and salts. All of these procedures invalidate the extended Evertile warranty. When applying the biocidal solution, follow the manufacturer s instructions and do not step on the roof covering. If the building is located under the trees or in a damp shady place, we recommend to choose a smooth surface covering - Evertech or Everglaze.
What is the lifetime and warranty of EVERTILE?
Extended Evertile Warranty can be obtained for up to 50 years for stone coated products or 30 years for smooth paionted ones. Just register the warranty online at: http://warranty.evertile.net and meet the terms of Evertile extended warranty. The warranty certificate will be sent automatically to your email address. Without registration, only 2 years of legal liability is valid for manufacturing defects. You can find the full warranty terms at www.evertile.net/downloads. The length of the warranty was determined by demanding tests and with a large slack. The functional life of the roof covering is considerably longer - about 80 years.
What is the System warranty?
The System warranty is a part of the Evertile Extended Warranty. A system warranty can be obtained by those who have registered the extended warranty and have their roof made with all the recommended original accessories. The system warranty extends the waterproofing warranty period and also allows you to obtain a surface warranty under the Evertile warranty conditions. The system warranty is not valid if the original Evertile accessories are replaced by products from other manufacturers or made from flat sheets (except for atypical details) or if there are missing recommended technical elements on the roof (ventilation elements, walkway grids, etc.)..
Is it possible to walk on the Evertile roof covering?
For a safe movement on the roof, for servicing antennas or solar panels, or for cleaning chimneys, there are foot steps and walkway grids available, which have to be built into the Evertile roof panels during the installation, already. Walking on the laid roof covering can cause its deformation of the panels and damage on the surface finish.
Is a special equipment required for installation?
Evertile roof covering should not be shortened with circular saw or grinder, which burns the layer of corrosion protection of the steel sheet. Scissors for sheet metal (mechanical or electric) have to be used for cutting the Evertile panels. Evertile sells a mechanical extension ("Turbo scissors") for electric drill that can easily and quickly cut the panels. The Evertile panels can be fixed with stainless screw-nails using a pneumatic nailer or with stainless screws SCR TX-25 and an AKU drill. The rest consists of the usual plumber s equipment.
